About organisation
The Chapman Valley Historical Society Inc uses History Database (developed by Graham Grundy) to record the information pertaining to the donated objects at the Chapman Valley Historical Society Museum/Heritage Centre. The organisation became incorporated in 1985 and through the establishment of the Public Museum/Heritage Centre at Nanson, provides a place of knowledge, ideas, stories and memories. It has been and will continue to be developed and managed by volunteers with the support of the Shire of Chapman Valley. It is a community resource to inspire, educate and inform, both the community and visitors, and to contribute to the conservation of the history and heritage of the district of Chapman Valley.
