GREENKEEPER ADVERTISEMENT 1967 - NEWSPAPER ARTICLE

Advertisement for the position of Greenkeeper approximately September 1967.

This is the first appointment of Greenkeeper at the club. Subsequent correspondence (see Item 2021.115) shows that Mr Terry McGovern was appointed to commence on 15 January 1968.

However, by the time the club commenced play in 1969 the position was held by Ted Doggett who commenced on 27/2/1969.
