Victory Pennant
1946A blue pennant flag with a smaller red Australian flag with the Southern Cross, the Union Jack and the Commonwealth Star within a red and white 'V'. There is a white border along the top edge of the pennant. The pennant is glued to a wooden rod.

On the pennant in white lettering is 'MELBOURNE'S SouVeNir' then in blue lettering 'VICTORY DAY' and then at the tip of the pennant in white lettering 'JUNE 10 1946'
