Within the two lines is black text near the top [TAKK/ Thank you/ UNGDOM/ ER FREMTID/ Youth is Future] located above a blue circle with has a image of another blue circle containing lines within. Across this circle is two broad yellow arrows, with a representation of two female figures on the upper arrow, two male figures on the lower arrow.
At the base of the line filled circle is a Rotary International wheel symbol. An the top of the lined circle is blue text [ROTARY] and below the Rotary symbol is blue text [YOUTH EXCHANGE], below this text is black text [NORGE - NORWAY]

Historical information

It was tradition for when Rotary Clubs met they exchanged their club banners. This banner was exchanged from the Rotary Club of Norway. They were displayed by the Armadale Neerigen Rotary Club.
