Tan calf spine and corners with navy front and back covers. Frontis; black and white illustration. 376 pages. At front is a copy of Dedication prefixed to the First Collected Edition of the author's Works in 1840 addressed to Dear Mother - and dated Lond: January 4, 1840. This edition appears to be a Pocket Volume Edition of Lord Lytton's Novels issued in monthly volumes. 1887.
