On rear is a sticker with "SERIAL NO 18 / THIS CREST WAS MADE BY CRAFTSMEN / AT GARDEN ISLAND DOCKYARDS, SYDNEY, / TO COMMEMORATE THE SEVENTY FIFTH / ANNIVERSARY OF THE FOUNDING OF THE / R.A.N."
