First Red Cross Conference.
Photograph taken at the first Red Cross Conference in Western Australia which was held at Government House, Perth on 21 March 1918.
This photograph was presented to the Busselton Branch by Mrs Ethel Bovell, whose mother, Mrs Ellen Baird (nee Scott) was a delegate at the Conference.
