Faded red leather cover, gold lettering on spine. Sixth edition corrected. 384 pages. Inside front cover inscription reads 'Frk. Hymus this book rebound July 17th 1852'. On next page reads 'This book which has been in the Family a great no. of years, is placed under your care, in Remembrance of your late beloved Father, and is now presented to you for that purpose, By your Eldest and affectionate Brother W. Hymus June 19 1867'. 'This Book I believe did once belong to Grandfather John Hymus'. Next page reads 'Frederick Hymus This Book God Give him Grace their in to Look not to Look but understand that Learning is Better than house or land. When house and land is Gone and Spent Learing is most Excellent'.
