Edith Price (nee Packer) was the sister-in-law of Constable Frederick Woodfin who lived at 66 Victoria Avenue while stationed at Freshwater Bay 1918-1922. She and her husband Arthur Price, who was Station Master at Mullewa, holidayed with the Woodfin family at Freshwater Bay.
