Photograph taken from turquoise coloured plastic hardcover album with pictures of Mr Abrahams. The album contained clippings of "The Subiaco City News" (April 1975) with the title "Former Mayor is Freeman". Also included newspaper clipping 'Ex-mayor is Subiaco's first Freeman' March 1975 and images taken at the presentation. Images removed as the album was not archival standard.
