Black and white enlargement of the original sepia image. Image shows Mr Ern Congdon leaning against the right hand front wheel of the vehicle. Handwritten on the back:' Mr Congdon, 63 Hensman Road, Subiaco. Subiaco Railway Station.' Mr Congdon is wearing a uniform of dark suit, stiff collared shirt and tie and a white cap with a black visor. The taxi is open-sided with the roof unfolded and open and parked in the middle of the unsealed road. Young trees are growing in front of the station's wooden picket fence.
