Rockwell Hall is approximately 25km east of Katanning. It was the school and social centre of the Rockwell district for many years. In 2004, the hall was being renovated as a home for Tony and Cec Richardson.

At the top of the card printed in black typeface is "ROCKWELL AGRICULTURAL HALL". The name of the invitee which is handwritten in black ink is "Jack. Pratt". The year of the opening is handwritten in blue ink as "1907".

At the bottom of the invitation in black print is "J. C. WARREN, Hon. Secretary."
