Overview

A coloured photograph of York Street taken from between Townshend Road and Coghlan Road, facing West towards Townshend Road. There are power lines along the right side of the road. One of these power lines has a yellow street sign on it which reads 'TOWNSHEND RD' and points left. There are a number of cars parked along the left side of the road. Housefronts are visible all the way along the right side of the road, and are visible on the left side of the road after Townshend Road.
Reverse: A typed label reads 'YORK STREET, March 1985, Commencement of work to under-ground power mains between Townshend and Coghlan Roads.'.
