A coloured photograph of York Street during construction. There are two yellow compactor tractors in the middle of the road, and one other tractor that is partially obscured by a compactor. Text on the front of one tractor reads 'SAKAI'. There is a person standing on the right side of the road next to the third tractor. There are no power lines on either side of the road, only street lamps.
