The building has two trees out the front. There is a bike resting against a wooden post. Three men in suits and white broad brimmed hats walk past the building and there is another man in a longer light jacket and peaked hat standing by one of the windows. There are two wooden boards either side of the main door with the words 'Notices' and the sign for the 'Subiaco Municpal Chambers' can be seen in the other window.
