19491 b&w photograph
Bernie and Barbara Linney married 16 April 1949 and honeymooned at Gloucester Lodge for 10 days. They travelled to Yanchep National Park by taxi which cost approximately 3 pounds and went home by bus which was driven by Anthony (Tony) Parin. While staying at the lodge they met about 6 other honeymooners and had held an "Ye Olde Gloucester Lodge" reunion a few times which were organised by John and Mim Watts.
