Image: A photograph of what appears to be Bessie Congdon seated on a chair, surrounded by four children. There is a young boy to the left, wearing a white dress shirt and a tie, tucked into black pants. The younger child on Bessie's lap is wearing a light coloured dress, as is the small girl on the right. The older girl on the right is wearing a dark coloured top. Bessie is wearing a white button-down top, with a dark coat over it. Behind the group is a wooden picket fence.

Reverse: Written in pencil is 'my grandchildren', 'June Lil girl 10 1/2 yrs', 'Betty 6yrs', 'John (Dick) 10yrs', and 'Bill Graham 6 yrs'. There is a black number stamped, '88'.
