Hard cover underneath of dark blue linen. 70 pages, illust., with black & white photographs, and four maps. Foreword by Mr Eric N. Stene Chairman Albany Port Authority in 1978. Stamped on title page and back page 'Spencer Park School'. This volume has been signed by the author Donald S. Garden at the Royal West Australian Historical Society State Conference & the Federation of Australian Historical Societies National Conference held at Albany 2010, and hosted by Albany Historical Society (Inc).
