Overview

Marking. Factory made. "Stanley" brand. Two parts - a fence, wooden, square in shape that slides along a wooden stem with slight convex surface to two of four facings. Stem has corroded iron nail hammered vertically through surface. The head is fixed in any required position by way of a wooden thumb screw. Printed along the face of stem is a six inch scale and the manufacturer's mark.
