A coloured photograph of the City of Subiaco municipal chambers. The photograph is taken from the footpath along the left side of Rokeby Road. The footpath is visible in the bottom right corner of the photograph. Between the footpath and the chambers building there are two grassed areas, one on the left of the image and one of the right, which are separated by a driveway that goes around the chambers building and then out onto Rokeby Road. The grassed area on the left side of the image has a garden bed with pruned roses and a number of trees. The front and left side of the chambers building is visible. The building is white with a flat roof. The bottom right corner of the photograph has a faded red date stamp which reads '3 8 '89'.
