A cream Christmas card that has a hard embossed cover that is pinned to the card. The embossed cover has violets around a picture of a house, the violets and house are outlined in gold.
Elizabeth Hayward and James Fraser were married in 1904
At the bottom of the card in gold lettering is "Sweet Thoughts.".
On the inside of the card on a separate white card which has black handwritten lettering is "This card was sent in 1901 during the Boer War to Mrs. Fraser Medal Australian Bushmans Corp" and on the back of the card is "Medal Mr. Coale Donakil (Card) Mrs Baldwin)"
On the inside page of the card handwritten in dark ink is "J.F to E.H".
On the back inside page of the card is a symbol of an artists stand with the letters "RTS" and underneath in gold an artists easel with the words "ARTISTIC SERIES" and underneath "POLDE MARK". Underneath the symbol in gold typed lettering is "Publishers by Appointement to Their Majesties The King and Queen Alexandria". At the bottom of the page in gold type lettering is "RAPHAEL TUCK & SONS Ltd., LONDON, PARIS, NEW YORK. DESIGNED AT THE STUDIOS IN ENGLAND AND PAINTED AT THE FINE ARTS WORKS IN PRUSSIA. COPYRIGHT"
On the back page of the card handwritten in blue ink is "This card was sent in 1904 to Miss Hayward who later became Mrs. Fraser Sent by James Fraser".
