Katanning Methodist Church
1926A beige coloured embossed pasteboard two page booklet. On the cover is a brick church surrounded at the front with a white picket fence, the church is the Katanning Methodist Church.
This souvenir booklet details the first twenty one years of progress and the Ministerial appointments as well as giving details of the events organised to celebrate the anniversary event on the 3rd and 4th of October 1926. Inside the booklet is a picture of the Manse in Carew Street. Advocate print Katanning Celebrations on 3rd-4th October 1925.
The Methodist Church building is in Richardson Street through to Taylor Street. The front entrance is on Taylor, Street. It was purchased by the Katanning Autumn Club c1970 for use as a Seniors Centre. In 2001 John Taylor re-started the Wesleyan Methodist Church in the building.
