Campaign material produced for Matt O'Sullivan's campaign for the new seat of Burt at the 2016 Federal Election. Matt lost the seat to Mat Keogh of the Labor Party after receiving 42.89% of the votes. The pamphlet also includes how to vote information for Liberal candidate for the Federal seat of Canning, Andrew Hastie.

Statement of significance

This collection of election ephemera provides a snap shot into the political parties and organisations who participated in the 2016 Federal Election for the newly created Federal Division of Burt. The collection includes policies from large and small political parties and identifies issues the political parties believed were important to residents in the seat. The Federal seat of Burt was created in 2015 after the 2015 By-Election for the seat of Canning.
