Katanning Flour Mill Docket to JC Warren
1921A white docket from Katanning Flour Mill to JC Warren to grist wheat and return it to the Warren farm. The docket is white paper with black printing and there are several sections for grain received and returned plus charges.
It was usual practice for farmers in the district to bring their own wheat to the Mill to be gristed into their flour. For this transaction Warren paid 3 shillings to have one bag and 3 bushells of wheat made into 10lbs of flour.
