cylindrical container with a mesh inside base with a rotary mixer with 4 blades that is wound around by a handle on the outside . there a place where the outside holding handle was, plus on the other side is a turning handle with a wooden grip knob - blue. it appears that the whole sieve was once silver in color, this has all worn off and it's mainly dark rusty ,
