Colour photograph of the parade in Rokeby Road, Subiaco, celebrating the winning of the America's Cup 12m yacht race by the challenger, Australia II, entered by Alan Bond and the Royal Perth Yacht Club in 1983. The crowd surround the open car which is carrying the America's Cup in a perspex case. The parade was from the Royal Perth Yacht Club, stopping at Subiaco for a ceremony, and continuing to the Esplanade, Perth.
