Correspondence in the file shows that the contents were requested from the author, Doug Byers, by the club President, Laurie Palmer. Doug had previously served as the Director of Finance. Doug was renowned for his meticulous work. Reports in the file suggest that one of the reasons for the report was to recognise people for their service to the club (refer to Item 2024.15 MGGC Recognition Policy). The reports it contains are:

The file itself is a three-ringed A4 sized binder with a black plastic cover.
