CLUB OFFICIALS AND STAFF RECORDS 2009

This file contains a series of reports of staff and club member records. It appears to have been produced in 2009.

The contents offer valuable records of staff and club member details and records up to that point in time.

Correspondence in the file shows that the contents were requested from the author, Doug Byers, by the club President, Laurie Palmer. Doug had previously served as the Director of Finance. Doug was renowned for his meticulous work. Reports in the file suggest that one of the reasons for the report was to recognise people for their service to the club (refer to Item 2024.15 MGGC Recognition Policy). The reports it contains are:

• Committee Members (existing members and resigned or deceased)
• Offices held for all years (existing members and resigned or deceased)
• Recognition of Service / Commendations
• Employee positions held all years
• Membership fees all years
• Member lists from the Member Magic database - current, struck-off and resigned

The file itself is a three-ringed A4 sized binder with a black plastic cover.
