B/W print. Looking south east across Butler's Swamp from Alfred Road before infill program. On the left on the western side of Davies Road is an engineering/timber merchants on the site of Rome's Dairy, houses on Davies Road and behind them on Graylands Road. To the right of centre is Lakeway (previously Hay Street) with shops on the corner and furniture restorers behind them.
