DRIPPING JAR
Overview
Cylindrical, straight-sided clay jar, cream/grey glazed somewhat weathered and stained. Small outer lip.
Historical information
Used by Mrs Hardie when she lived in Daglish between mid 1930s until her death in 1987. Kept in the safe (had legs of wood with flywire around it). The safe supplemented food storage facilities (ie icebox).
