"Perth Rifle Club" with Secretary and Captain's name and address preprinted. The stationery was out of date when used in 1920 as the Secretary at the time was H Davies and not M Greer as printed on the paper. Contains handwritten record of Annual Report for the Annual General Meeting of the Perth Rifle Club for 1920 and on the obverse for 1921
