A white picket fence on top of a lower brick fence is out the front of the property and the neighbouring house. There is a white utility vehicle parked out the front of the property next to the workers on their right. Orange safety cones separate the workers from the road. One workman is standing in a knee length hole in the ground next to several bricks and a wheelbarrow. Another workman in a checked shirt, blue shorts and wearing gloves observes. A silver portable radio is on the ground nearby. An orange date stamp is placed on the lower right corner '9 3 '87.'
