A coloured photograph showing a white concrete mixing truck pouring concrete onto the ground in front of a white shop corner. There is a worker bent over using a shovel in a white visor hat. A traffic signal warning sign with the label 'Rokeby Road' is behind him. On the white corner building is a white and pink sign that has text in an pink bordered oval 'Mouse House, Whimsical Mice & Handmade GIFTS.' 'Australian Memories' is written above, arched around the oval. A white mouse with a pink hat and a basket is on the bottom right side of the sign and a mouse with a blue jacket and black top hat is on the left. A window with beige curtains frames two large glass panels. Four smaller glass panels are placed on top. An orange date stamp is placed on the lower right corner '9 3 '87.'
Reverse: Has label 'Undergrounding of Power Rowland/ Denis Street', '9 March 1987.'
