The four pages of information is a copy of the speech that Harold V. Piesse gave on radio on the events and activities of the Katanning Jubilee Celebrations. The celebrations were held over a week from the 27th April to the 6th of May 1939. The speech was in the envelope which is addressed to "The Secretary, Katanning Jubilee Celebrations, Katanning"

Inscriptions and markings

At the top of the first page handwritten in black ink is "Copy for Mr. H.W. Baker".

At the top of each page is a red stamp of a lion, crown and a unicorn. Above the stamp in red lettering is "Legislative Council" and below the stamp is "Western Australia"
