Lists were sent from WAGR Institute Perth with each new consignment of books Railway men & their families had accessto books , magazines , & childrens books through the Merredin Institute library Used 1957,58,60 N.B Correspondence for the year 1963 , between the managing committeeof Merredin Railway Institute & Perth Institute Together with other library lists were offered to Battye Library By M.M.H.S & offer was accepted Dec 2005 Feb 2006
