Certificate awarded to H .C. Larner for holding office of secretary for the above branch frm 9th Nov 1913 to Dec 31st 1918 in Merredin branch. Donor Andrew Wells found the certificate behind a painting in a frame at the house of his mother, aged 90 yrs when iten was donated 2005 . Name Herbert Clark Larner pencilled on back of certificate
