Safe working ' Certificate awarded to Norman Lesley Minchin in Dec 1968..Norman worked with WAGR in Merredin at that time. He gained 100 % of possible marks in the examination ' Absolute Block : Automatic Signalling . He later left railways & for many years managed the Merredin Swimming Pool .After his death 2002 his wife sold the house in 15 Endersbee St . The certificate was found in a wardrobe of the house which was purchased by the Cunninghames .
