Foreword by Lieutenant-General Sir John Monash, G.C.M.G., K.C.B., V.D. Frontis: Major Percy Black, D.S.O., D.C.M. (F) . Inscription facing title page reads: Dedicated to the Memory of Percy Black and those other Gallant Men of the 16th Battalion, A.I.F., who gave their lives for Australia, 1914-1918. 274 pages, illust.
