Statistical Form No. 8
1912A white piece of paper which is faded, it has black print and black ink handwriting. Below the heading of the form at the top of the paper is the Western Australian Government logo. The letter is requesting information for the year ended 27th December 1911.
The letter is from the Government Statistical Department requesting more details on value of furniture and a request to provide the information by the 14th February the following year. The letter is dated 30th January 1912.

At the top of the form in black typed lettering is "Statistical form No. 8.", underneath is "STATISTICS ACT, 1907", underneath is "NOTE - This form will be carried by the Postal Department free of charge if the envelope contained same is marked 'Statistics" in the left hand lower corner".
Underneath the logo in black typed lettering is "WESTERN AUSTRALIA".
At the bottom of the form in black handwriting is "Secretary Agricultural Hall, Moojebing".
