At the top of the envelope in black typed lettering is "ON HIS MAJESTY'S SERVICE", underneath are two sets of two lines and between the lines is "BRITISH EMPIRE EXHIBITION", underneath is "LONDON", underneath is "AUSTRALIA'S OPPORTUNITY". There are three black circular stamps over the tope of this writing. In the far right is a circular stamp with the words "MOOJEBING" around the inner edge and in the centre is "5 Jan 24"
The envelope is addressed in three rows of black ink handwriting "The Secretary,", "The Agricultural Hall Committee", "Moojebing". There is also a type address on the left in three rows which reads "Agricultural", "Hall", "Committee"
On the right hand side hand written in pencil in three rows is "Frank Casey Esq", "Oxley Rd", "Katanning".
On the back of the envelope hand written in black ball point pen is "Important", underneath in pencil is "Copy", underneath in black ball point pen is "Statistics of Hall 1921-1924" and signed "F. Casey".
