Inscriptions and markings

On the back of the photograph handwritten in blue ink is "Alan Jenkins Company Miller - Mr Alan Jenkins test the finesness of wheat flour going through the roller. 1973. Katanning Flour Mills. Original output was about 500 lbs. or 2 1/2 bags flour per hour. In 1973 240,000 bags of locally grown oats swan oats had been milled. Flour Mills built 1891".
