Black and white copy of a photograph of the first brick house in Subiaco, built 1886, by John Rowland Jones. The photo has been taken from behind the house. A partly enclosed veranda, creepers, a clothesline, wood pile, and well can be seen. Well site, centre foreground, between clothes line and creeper.
Historical information
Bernie Jones who took the photograph prior to the house being demolished in 1959 is grandson of original house owner John Rowland Jones.
