Photograph of Ivy Roberta Morrell (1900-92), daughter of Reuben Morrell and Elizabeth Morrell (nee Duncan). Ivy grew up at Ironbarks Farm, North Greenough. She married Cyril Ducas in July 1941. After he was discharged from the Air Force, they lived at 'Rose Cottage', and later moved to 'Mill Farm'.
Ivy wrote of her childhood in the book "They Came to Greenough," printed in 1980.

The Morrell family played an important role in Greenough's social and religious life. Ivy also encouraged an appreciation of Greenough's history through her memoirs.
