Overview

Black hard cover, no title page, starts with Chapter on Locomotion and Transport - their influence and progress. 208 pages, illust., diagrams. End papers covered with ink and pencil doodling and numbers. Part of index has been pasted onto back of cover at front. Page 30 -31 gives data on Locomotion and Transport up June 1852 so presume book to be dated late in 1800s. Several leaf pressing are found in between book pages.152-153, 158-159, 182-183.
