BADGE: SUBIACO SPORTING CLUB
c. 1976Shield-shaped badge in gold, lightweight metal. In the centre on a gold enamel base is the word 'Subiaco' in black. Below this is 'Sporting Club' in gold on a maroon ribbon scroll. Below this, at the base of the badge, are two stylised black swans facing each other. At the top is depicted a black bowling ball and white jack and a rugby ball and goal posts, both on a green and blue base. On the reverse of the badge is a short spike and a spring, removable, for affixing.
The Subiaco Sporting Club existed from the mid-1970s to the mid-1980s and was the combined Western Suburbs Rugby Club and the Subiaco Bowling Club.
