At the top of the front page each side of the Legislative Council of WA Logo is a purple stamp which reads "A. Thomson".
On the last page after the last paragraph is a handwritten signatue in black ink "Alex Thomson", and underneath is "27/7/47", and underneath is a purple stamp which reads "A. Thomson".
