Overview

Maroon rexine covers with black print. Sub-title is 'The Standard History of the All-Europe Conflict'. Edited by H.W.WILSON and J.A.HAMMERTON. Image of shield on front cover with crest and titles set into it. Out of 13 volume set 5 are missing, volumes 5,6,8,9,10, before they were bought second-hand from a thrift shop in England. Printed by the Amalgamated Press Ltd. LONDON. 1914. Black & White, blue and sepia illustrations and plates are scattered through all the volumes. Title page has green border. ANZACS are mentioned in vols. 4 to 13. Many maps included.
