Overview

A brick building with a tin roof, four wooden posts supporting a wooden verandah. It has a gable roof with one chimney behind the gable roof line and one further towards the back of the building. There is also a vent to the left of the front chimney.
The picture is taken from the right front of the building, so that on the right-hand side there is a side door with a wooden awning over it. There is a picket fence on both sides of the building. On the right-hand side there is a small picket gate for people and a larger picket gate for transport. On the right hand-side is a large pole, probably a telegraph pole. There is a small ramp from the gateway over the drain on the road. At the front of the building on the road is a hitching rail.
The front of the building has two sets of wooden doors. On the left-hand side of the verandah is a stone step.
