On the right-hand side there is a small picket gate for people and a larger picket gate for transport. On the right hand-side is a large pole, probably a telegraph pole. There is a small ramp from the gateway over the drain on the road. At the front of the building on the road is a hitching rail.
The front of the building has two sets of wooden doors. On the left-hand side of the verandah is a stone step.
