Posted 28/2/1916. Written on the reverse: 'R Gereiza - 28/2/16 Dear Miss Abelman - Have been out of hospital a fortnight, am at the overseas base on the banks of the Nile but expect to leave in a day or two. My arm is all right again and I am in splendid health.'
