CIGAR CUTTER: MOTHER OF PEARL
c. 1920Mother of Pearl handle with a funnel shaped hollow metal top. At the side is a hinged cutter which pushes into the aperture.
The cutter arm is released by pushing the little button on the handle.
Loop on one end so the cutter can be attached to a chain or pocket watch chain as a fob.
