Inscriptions and markings

On the front of the photograph at the centre bottom in white print is "Katanning Day 1922".

On the back of the postcard printed in black lettering is "POST CARD" and underneath this line are two columns with headings "CORRESPONDENCE" and "ADDRESS ONLY" and in the top right hand corner a square with the words "KODAK" at the top and bottom and the words 'AUSATRAL' on the sides. This square marks the position to put a stamp.

On the back of the postcard handwritten in blue ink on the left hand vertical side is "Mrs Burston".
